Kenny Benraty

Wrestling shaped Virginia native Kenny Benraty ’18, teaching him to challenge himself and to not be afraid to go head-to-head with anyone. It’s also what brought him to Doane University.

During his time at Doane, Kenny ended up shifting his attention and dedication in wrestling and instead found his calling in speech and performance. Despite quitting the sport that sent him to Doane - over 1,000 miles away from home, he never questioned leaving. It was through these activities that he found out who he is and where his passions truly lie.
